New Owner RV Orientation with Roof & Safety Inspection
This is an education-first service with a roof inspection, maintenance awareness, and safety evaluation included. It is not a repair appointment or dealership PDI.
Systems Orientation
Electrical, shore power, batteries, water, sewer, propane, appliances, HVAC, slides, awnings, leveling, generator basics, and campground setup.
Roof & Safety Inspection
Roof condition review where safely accessible, sealant and maintenance awareness, emergency exits, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, CO detector, LP detector, tires, and basic owner safety habits.
Ownership Confidence
Setup and departure routines, basic maintenance awareness, first-trip checklist, owner questions, product guidance, and optional fluid analysis when appropriate.

We come to your RV at a campsite, home, storage lot, or approved access location in the Asheville, NC area.

RV orientation services start at $499
Most owners receive a custom quote after a brief phone consult. Final pricing depends on RV type, size, installed equipment, system complexity, access, travel distance, and optional add-ons.
Simple Towable Orientation
Usually best for smaller towables, simple travel trailers, pop-ups, truck campers, and units with basic systems.
Standard RV Orientation
Usually best for most travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class B vans, Class C motorhomes, and common owner setup questions.
Advanced RV Orientation
Usually best for Class A motorhomes, Super C units, diesel pushers, toy haulers, large fifth wheels, generators, inverters, solar, auto-leveling, multiple slides, or other complex systems.
Optional fluid analysis may be added for motorhomes and generators. Additional travel, extra time, or unusually complex equipment may be quoted separately.

Is this the same as an RV inspection?
No. RV orientation is an owner education service. It includes demonstrations, setup guidance, a roof inspection, maintenance awareness, and a safety evaluation. A full NRVIA Certified RV Inspection is a separate service and is recommended before purchase.
Can you help if I bought from a private seller?
Yes. Private-party buyers are one of the best fits for this service because many never receive a formal walkthrough or dealer-style demo.
Can we meet at a campground?
Yes. A campsite is often a great place for orientation as long as the RV is safely accessible and utilities are available when needed.
What if my dealer PDI was not enough?

Do you perform repairs during the orientation?
