RV help after the sale

A rushed walkthrough is not enough for most RV owners.

Many owners take possession of an RV and still do not fully understand the electrical system, water system, sewer setup, propane appliances, leveling, slides, awnings, safety gear, or basic maintenance rhythm.

LearnYourRV.com fills that gap with practical, on-site education. We slow the process down, walk through your actual RV, and help you understand what matters before your next trip.

This service is ideal if you:

  • Bought a used RV from a private seller
  • Purchased from a consignment facility or small dealer
  • Did not receive a proper PDI or owner demo
  • Had a dealer walkthrough but still feel unsure
  • Need help learning a new-to-you motorhome, travel trailer, or fifth wheel
  • Want both travel partners to understand the RV

Questions owners ask

RV orientation FAQs

Is this the same as an RV inspection?

No. RV orientation is an owner education service. It includes demonstrations, setup guidance, a roof inspection, maintenance awareness, and a safety evaluation. A full NRVIA Certified RV Inspection is a separate service and is recommended before purchase.

Can you help if I bought from a private seller?

Yes. Private-party buyers are one of the best fits for this service because many never receive a formal walkthrough or dealer-style demo.

Can we meet at a campground?

Yes. A campsite is often a great place for orientation as long as the RV is safely accessible and utilities are available when needed.

What if my dealer PDI was not enough?

That is exactly why this service exists. We slow down the walkthrough, focus on your actual questions, and help you understand how to operate the RV in real-world use.

Do you perform repairs during the orientation?

No. This is not a repair appointment. If an issue appears during the orientation, we can explain what it may mean and recommend an appropriate next step, such as a mobile RV technician or a full inspection if needed.
